Not from me.. There is nothing new with us. Well... I went to Target to take back some goggles I had bought.. But I didnt have the receipt.. So I got a gift card.. EXCITEMENT!

OK, Reader's Digest version:
Basketball camp drop-off for DS7, called doc re: DS4's skin, she said to come in, we talked awhile. When we left it was too late to hit Costco, so we went to Starbucks then to pick up DS7. We were early, so relaxed a bit, then got to watch DS7 play in a short game at the end of the session.

Then we went to Costco, stopped by the bank to deposit checks and get a little cash, then got the boys some lunch and put DS4 down for nap. If he truly napped, it was only for about 1.5 hours...

Excellent! We went to the MILs this morning.. Well, around 10 or so.. We were planning on heading over around nine, but were otherwise occupied.. Stayed there for a bit. They got a smoothie maker a bit ago, and acted like they are the ONLY people on Earth who had ever heard of a smoothie.. Have you ever had one?? Uhhhh... YEAH. We have. Who hasnt? So she made us some.. woohoo!

Then we came home.. and after a little more We had lunch, and hubby went to bed.. Took Alex to the Y for his soccer clinic, which he is just LOVING!! What a deal for only $20.!! Then I went to Target..

We went back to the Y so I could work out. I dropped Mikalah in the nursery, and I noticed that one of the women working there had her kids with her. I asked the head nursery lady if you worked here, were you allowed to bring your kids? Is it free?? She said yes to both, and I was like HEY!!! I want to work here! She said the pay isnt much, but I dont mind! How FUN!! She told me to fill out an app. SO I think I might! A few extra bucks, and a fun job?? I am down with that! I would love a job I could bring my kids with!

Then I went and worked outr for a while, and picked up the girl.. Then Alex, and then came home.. Alex said he didnt feel well.. I think it might be the heat? I dont know, we will have to wait and see.

Arent we EXCITING!!

Wow! I'd say that was quite a workout day!

Yeah, we know a few people that worked at the Y. They said pretty much the same thing, but they get great benefits. I think the membership is free for them with a minimum number of hours, but I am not sure what that number is.

That's awesome that Alex is loving the soccer clinic. DS7 was so excited about his basketball session today. He told me he learned a new way to shoot, and a new way to defend the ball.

nope. Jake isnt liking swim lessons this session. This is his 5th week in a row and he's been loving it. He just doesnt like this guy because he doesnt treat Jake like a baby and actually pushes him to swim a little farther than he has been. Jake just cries on the side. It drives me nuts. He's been so happy but when someone corrects him or pushes him to do something a tad bit harder he has a hard time dealing with it. I'm concerned about kindergarten with that boy. Especially all day. I just dont think he's mature enough.
we thought he had outgrown it til yesterday then today he does the same thing. He acted like he was drowning and couldnt hold on to the side of the wall. The only positive thing is he didnt get out of the water and come running toward me like he's done with other activities in the past. He just needs to get a little tougher skin.
