At the top of the boards you can see "chat" click on this, sign in and select the chat room. It can go really fast.
Chat officially starts at 9:00 but many people sign in early.

I tried signing in with my user name and password from the disboards, but it said it was invalid, so I had to register and I will be sent a password.
