Why can't I ever get into chat? All I get is a screen with the usernames on it. I see my name as being in the chatroom (I'm Melinda124), but I can't see any chat. I don't get it.

ETA: I finally got in! For some reason, it wasn't working when I tried to get on through AOL, so I opened up IE and got in that way.
