The app is the only way I have found. It can take a while to get a reply. Took about 24 hours for me to get a reply back to my question earlier this week. Someone said it was longer for them.

Took a day or so to get a reply for me also. If you happen to catch them when they reply I found it was possible to then have a conversation in near real time.
They "replied" to me 5 minutes before I checked just a little bit ago. I've been checking throughout the day. Their response was an automated, "Go check our reopening info." Not happy. Doesn't answer my question at all.
I had the same type of response and told them so in a reply. They did respond again and did answer my question after that. Hope they do the same for you.
I've found chat to be helpful about 80% of the time. The other 20% they just tell me to call Disney.
In the chat, they do seem to get back to me same day currently, although they are definitely not as quick as Amazon customer service. It's certainly way easier than calling, and I appreciate that I can chat with them while I'm in line at the parks.
