When we visited the park in late June we visited the DCA Visa photo location twice. They scanned my AP and we were told the pictures would be on my account. But I have NO idea how to find them. My pass is added to my APP and I do not have any pictures.

You have to add the PP code on the bottom of the AP as if you were given a PP card.

If you go into the app and go into the section about you (click on your character icon where it would show your ticket, dining reservations, etc). If you scroll down, it should show your PP pictures. You can click on them to enlarge and save from there.

Where do I add the number?

When I click on Photo Pass Code it just shows a scanning square and says to have the photographer scan it. There is no place to input anything.

Right under that, at the bottom should be a link that says "link photo, card or purchase". Click on it. You can either scan the card there or manually enter the number (it says enter ID).

I think something is wrong with my app. It doesn't show it needs an update. But there is nothing below the QR code except the text saying to have the photographer scan the code.

Does anyone know if there is another way, online instead of with the app to get my photos?

Click on the text that says to scan the code.

That does nothing. It's not a link. My app is missing the area that should say to add a code.

I found it online and got my pictures. Cool bonus was that our Minnie Breakfast photos were on there too and they were free to download. Lucky me!

One more thing. Now that I added them to my account online the pictures are showing up in the app. Yeah!
Does anyone know if you upgrade your pass to one that includes photopass, are you able to claim photos from dates before the update?

Where did you find them? I'm having the exact same problem, but every time I enter the number the above posters are talking about it tells me I already have an account...?

Well, when we upgrade our five-day park hoppers to APs last year (on day 5), we had access to all of our photos from all five days of our visit. And, for some reason, my account started to get random pictures from Splash Mountain recently. It went on for about ten days - the pictures that showed up before my AP expired are normal; the ones that showed up after are watermarked. So I'd think you'd be able to access them, it's just the watermark that might be the difference. (Now, all of the pictures that remain in my account have the watermark. It's okay, though - I downloaded all of them before they expired.

Just got a message on my app saying that after August 14 the app version I have will no longer be supported and that I need to update. I can't update it as my android operating system is too old and not supported. This may be the reason I was having trouble linking my photos. Good news is that we ordered new phones this week with the newest Android, nougat, so we shouldn't have this problem again for a while hopefully.
