chase viewing area for illuminations

I read this on another thread. where is the chase viewing area for illuminations? can I assume you only need a chase disney visa to use it?

we have tried the handicapped viewing sections, but basically it is for those in wheelchairs, ECVS. there isn't much available for those with visual disabilites.

For F&W, it was right in front of Italy. You had to get a wristband in the Chase lounge upstairs at the America pavilion. That might not still be the case, but I'm sure someone will post a correction if it's not. It was nice to have a spot to sit (on the ground) and watch Illuminations. Think it was the first time the kids really enjoyed it

thanks for responding!! so.. perhaps this is only during the food and wine festival??we will be there in late april, for the flowere and garden festival.

There is only a Chase lounge during the food and wine festival. Have not heard anything about Chase offering any sort of benefits for Illuminations outside the festival. (Last year there was not a Chase lounge at Flower & Garden; I think the difference is that Chase is now the major sponsor of the food & wine festival.)
