Chase Viewing Area for Illuminations for Food and Wine 2016

I have not seen this mentioned this year as a Chase benefit during Food and Wine. Has anyone heard if they are offering this for Illuminations during the F&W?

The Chase Lounge is back for another year and I would definitely "think" the Chase viewing area for RoE will be offered again as well.

Please explain how this works. I used the Chase meet and greet to get pictures with Mickey several years ago. I have a Chase visa but have never used the Lounge. Can we really sit there and watch Illuminations during the F&W?

In the past there were a limited number of wrist bands given out in the Chase lounge ( second floor of the American Experience). There were 2 different wrist bands, one for preferred seating at Eat to the Beat, and one for preferred viewing spot for Illuminations ( two years ago it was near the shops where WS begins).

It has been announced that The Chase Lounge is back for 2016,so it is "almost" a given that RoE viewing will be offered.

When I have gotten the reserved Illuminattions viewing in the past, twice, the viewing was by Italy. You had to get to Chase Lounge early to get a band, because the number was limited.
On days there was some sort of party booked in that place, admission offered through the Chase Lounge was not available, so it was not offered every day.

We did this last year. We weren't in the park earlier in the day, so I assumed that the wristbands were gone. We were walking by the reserved area just to check out for future reference, and as I was chatting at the CM, he said he could let us in with just our Chase cards, so he did. I wouldn't guess they always do that, but it worked for us that night. It was nice to not have people breathing down our neck like we do at our usual spots.

Any Chase Credit or Debit Card will gain admittance to the Lounge.

We don't know yet about this year,but historically IllumiNations wristbands are for any Chase Credit or Debit Card and Eat to the Beat wristbands(when offered) were for Disney Visa only.

Does anyone know if I can just send one member of our group over to the Chase lounge to get wristbands for reserved Illuminations viewing (assuming its offered again)? Or do all of us (family of 4) need to be there to get the wristbands?

I think you all need to be there. They actually put the wristbands on you. (I assume that's to stop any potential scalping LOL!)

Also, the "lounge is awesome" Well..... that's if you don't have to stand in a long line to get in and/or there's anyplace to sit once you get in there. The truth is the lounge is too small for the traffic!
