Did anyone else get the postcard from the class action suit against Chase for increasing the minimum payment on the low interest cards? I got it today. I didn't even know this was in the works.
I realize that Chase had a legal right to increase the minimum payment, however, I really hate the way Chase has treated me as a customer over the last three bad economic years.
I'm sure it will amount to only a few dollars (if that), but it really is the principle of the matter.

My budget was nearly totally blown after their increase of the minimum payment 2 years ago. I ended up using a credit counseling thing so I wasn't sunk. While I was super mad at Chase at the time(and panicked!!), I will end up out of debt way faster using the counseling than I would have paying Chase minimum payments!
