I overheard the cast member explaining it when I was there the other night. I thought they said they have about 50 spots for both it and the seating for concerts, and they just give them to the first ones to ask for them in the morning.

I relistened to the Dis food & wine addition. These spots are for Disney chase card holders only. I am heading down in 2 days and am going to use that priority seating!!

The viewing area is in the front of the world showcase lagoon, you would be looking across at the America pavilion

The way I understood it was that the lounge in the AA pavilion was for any Chase card holder while the special viewing areas for the concerts and fireworks were for Chase Disney cardholders only.

I may very well be wrong.

I did have an additional question for anyone that knows. Is that location always there or only there for F&W? I will be at Disney in February and would like to check out the lounge just to see something I haven't seen before.

That's odd
We just got back and went twice once on Tuesday and then again on Friday.
We got wrist bands for either the Eat to the Beat Concert or Illuminations(you had to chose one) But when I asked for them when we went on Friday they said they weren't offered for that night.
