You were phished. Whenever you get a phishing email forward it to the financial institution that was named in the email, in this case Chase.
This is where you should have sent the email so they could address it. If you know how to forward the headers that is also extremely helpful as the headers will be replaced with your headers once you forward the email.
I work for a different financial institution and there are mechanisms in place to shut down those sites but we can't do it if no one lets us know that if we were used as bait in a phishing scam. Simply erasing the email isn't the right choice.
