I'm not sure if this has been asked. Chase Bank offers a Disney Visa CheckCard that earns you Disney Rewards Points. (ie every $200 spent equals one Disney Reward Point) My Questions are as follows Does anyone on DIS have one? do you get the $25 OBC for booking with it? and how do the points work for a Regular Disney Visa Credit Card?

I have it and was told if I pay the whole trip with it I will get my OBC. Make sure to request your points (it will come as a gift card if I read it correctly) and you can use them to help pay for trip or for OB spending.

I have the regular Disney Visa, you earn 1% on it. So for every $100 spent you get 1 Disney dollar. You also get various discounts and perks at the parks and you get 6 months same as cash on any Disney vacation purchase.

In the past it was a $50 OBC. But if you are sailing under the Florida Resident Rate, you can not get the OBC.

How soon before your cruise do you order the giftcards for what you have earned? How long do they take to come in and how long before they expire?

That shouldn't apply (I say shouldn't because I dont know) because they are not the same company. That is why I am getting a $50 OBC and the $25 OBC for booking online. I also get the $100 from DU because they are a different company. I have the Visa card which is a different set of rules than the Debit card I see. Maybe they restrict the OBC because you can take more trips? But I just don't see Chase really caring. A booked cruise is a booked cruise. They get the kick back Florida resident or not. :confused3
