I heard that there was a special meet and greet for Chase Visa cardholders/ Is this true and if so, what level of card and which characters? Thanks in advance!

It is any of the Disney Visa Credit Cards. The link below has the breakdown for the parks. In WDW, it is Epcot and DHS.

It used to be you can be your chase disney debit card as well as any chase credit card.

You can still use the chase Disney debit card, as well as for some meals too.
