Chase and DVC payments messed up yesterday??

both DH and I had payments for Chase and DVC (dues and financing) taken out of our bank accts, put back in, and taken out again. Really playing with the accts. I eman they didn't take out too much but why would they do it?

Anyone else have anything like this happen recently?

Not lately. But I've asked for my monthly loan payments to be larger than required and from time to time they are not. When I called to inquire, I was told that "custom" payments are done by hand, one by one, and when the person who usually does them is on vacation somebody else steps in and sometimes makes mistakes. Since this has never caused me to miss a payment or be overcharged, I've never made a fuss.

WOW I didn't know we could ask them to take out more? I usually just go on the DVC site and make an extra payment each month. Who do I call for this?? Thanks so much.

bank and the amts. were taken out once.

I didn't see any double charges on my Chase account.
