charlie & lola

my kids love the disney show Charlie & Lola. Does anyone know if there is any attration or character meet & greet with them?

I could be wrong about this, but I think that Charlie and Lola is a British cartoon that the Disney Channel licenses, so they probably don't have the rights for merchandising and theme park development. There was none there when I went last December.

However, my DD6 did manage to get a Charlie and Lola book from the library. I'm not sure which came first, the books or the cartoon, but the artwork is remarkable similar if the books came first. You might find those available.

I think the books came first, but I hadn't heard of them. The show is hilarious.

charlie and lola is my favorite (oh, I mean dd's favorite, lol) and the books definately came first. They are licensed the same way Wiggles are thru playhouse disney. I didn't see any merchandise the last time I was there.

Last April, we were watched an adorable "Charlie and Lola" puppet show and met the author (Lauren Child) at the Los Angeles Festival of Books. That's the only thing we've seen related to the show, other than the books. Unfortunately, I've not seen any "Charlie and Lola" merchandise at Disneyland or DCA.

Glad to know we're not the only ones who love Charlie and Lola!! We've bought all the books at Barnes and Noble including the newest ones which are sticker stories too. DD just loves them!
