Charging with magic band

My sister and I are traveling to WDW from November 8-13. She has paid for the package on her cc. When we get there can we each link our magic bands to different credit cards? I want to make sure we can charge seperately when buying our treats during food and wine!

I believe you can if you have your own MDE accounts that are linked to the reservation.

But I've also heard that you should keep track of the charges just in case any get mixed up

Yes, you can. I suggest buying something small from the gift shop or somewhere and make sure it is charged correctly and like PP said, keep track of charges in case something is messed up.

Don't forget to set your pin on MDE. I echo the suggestion to test charge before you go to the parks.

yes I do this all the time with my friend when checking in tell then you want your bands to be on two different CC they will take your from you with your CC and do something ask you to enter your pin 2x then give you them both back then take your friends band and CC and do the same thing

You certainly can, but seriously check it frequently to ensure charges are being applied correctly. We traveled with my son and his GF and all their charges ended up on my credit card. I didn't check it till the week was half over and had to spend an hour of my vacation going over the charges and separating them out to get it fixed.

You don't have to have your own MDE account. My mom doesn't and she was able to use her magic band to charge to her own CC. It just has to be done once you're there, not in advance.
