Can you charge purchases at third party shops (Like Tiffany) to your room account?

Yes, I made a purchase at Tiffany's last year on the Fantasy and charged it to our cabin.

Sweet so I can essentially use Disney gift cards at Tiffany then.

Yep, everything on the ship (except for future cruises and placeholders) gets charged to your room account, which you can then pay off using gift cards.

On Castaway Cay, Disney-owned shops and bars use room charges. However, the post office requires cash. I'm not sure about the Bahamian shops.

Everything that you purchase on the ship goes on Key to the World Card.
