Charging privileges & Magic Bands

Greetings! I will be traveling with a total of six. I wish to set up magic bands in so that my wife and I are the only ones able to charge misc. purchases to our magic bands (everyone will be on a meal plan). I did link credit card info to my account on My Disney Experience, but I do not see anywhere that I can designate charging privileges.

So, question is, where/when/how can I designate certain party members for charging privileges, and others for not?

1- That'll work.
2- You can set it all up with the desk CM when you check into a WDW resort.

When I did online checkin, there was a spot to enter a PIN for charging. I'm going to assume if you don't assign a PIN, there won't be any charging privilege. Of course, that could be completely wrong - logic hasn't been working too well for me re: WDW lately.

The front desk can set it up so that each of you has your own room charging account with your own CC attached.

I actually tried to do that for an upcoming stay at AKL and it wouldn't let me beyond the pin page if I didn't enter a number for everybody.
