charging on room key

Sorry to start a new thread because I know I have seen this before but the board will not allow me to do a search.

Question is can I have my charges put on the room key for the DVC? This wil be my first trip home and it would be nice not to have to carry more cards then needed.

Yes, it works the same. With the same limit as a Deluxe class resort ($1500). But I would always carry one extra charge card, in case the resort computer system goes down.

and if you are taking guests, you can have only your card have priveledges if you like.

Also, some CASH is nice, as some of the snack stands don't take any cards (just snack carts, etc)

We did this for this first time on our last WDW visit. It made life so much easier. I think we bought maybe 100 dollars for the weekend for carry around money.

Yep. It's just like being at an all inclusive... except you have to pay when you check out "rotfl"

Yes, you can have your theme park tickets added to your room key card as long as it's not an AP.

Only unused MYW tickets can be added to a room key.
