So I saw this on a website
http://www.wdwmagic.com/Resorts/Wal...-the-requirment-of-credit-card-guarantees.htm - there's alot more restaurants that will charge a $10 fee if you don't give 1 days notice and cancel prior. While I understand their need to do this...it just means that I won't be making as many reservations at all...which may mean I may just go and eat somewhere else. It's bad enough having to do this for the few that we've had to (like Cinderella's royal table, etc) but do have to do this for Hollywood and Vine or Ohana or some of the other restaurants is pretty sad. Sometimes things come up or kids get sick and you can't make it and I sure can't afford $40 if I don't show up for a reservation.
This makes me pretty upset. I understand they probably are doing this because people overbook and don't show up but it still irks me.

There's a full discussion thread on the Dining Reservations board. The first post has the restaurant list and policy.
