I'm curious.

My daughters and I have separate magic bands and PINs set up. At the end of the trip, will the folio have any kind of breakdown of the charges by person, or pin? Will I be able to tell who charged what? Or does the folio just track them all together?

In the past, I tried to keep track by writing on the receipts. So, was wondering if the electronics (which are new to us) could help at all.

The final folio invoice document they send you after check out has a “Charged By” column and each charge will have the name of the person responsible. You’d have to manually add up totals by person, but the info is all there to easily do it.

If you want to use separate CCs, stop at the front desk of your resort to have them setup separate portfolios for each of you.

Just in case… I almost always get the e-mail with the final folio, but occasionally I don’t for whatever Disney IT reason. If that happens, you can e-mail guest.services.billing@disneyworld.com or call 407-828-5630.

They are still minors so on mine - but they have different amounts of $ available to them. Not a big deal, but post trip - I want to make sure to pay them back their excess. Paper / pen generally work fine, but figured if the electronics did track - it would be a nice way to catch any misses/mistakes on my part.

Another option would be to put some of their spending money on Disney Gift cards and have them settle up their charges at the front desk.

Or just use the gift cards when they make a purchase.
