Spiderman and gang usually ride around on quads (is that what they're called?) and stop near the Hulk ride.

I've seen several Suess characters on the main walk through Suess Landing. I've seen Spiderman in front of the Spidey theater. There doesn't appear to be a specific location for the characters.
