Characters out around Christmas

Are there any different characters out around christmas than the rest of the year? just wondering what to look for. Thanks!!!

I know Scrooge meets at MK during the holiday season. He's the only one I know that comes out only for Xmas. However, the characters at camp Minnie Mickey have holiday outfits all season long which is pretty special.

GTGS typically has a special event during the peak weeks.

As mentioned, Scrooge is added to the MK characters.

MVMCP offers a couple of rare photo opportunities.

DAK characters may get dressed up for the season (not sure if they'll be doing it this year however).
