Characters ineach park

Hi

I have decided to try to make my own autograph book and am trying to figure out which characters to include. We have 3 character meals(Akershus, Crystal Palace and garden Grill) so I put those characters in but was wondering if there are any that we will be likely to see while walking around that I should make just to be on the safe side?
