Characters in IOA and Universal

I read on a thread that you can find Ricky Ricardo and Lucy Ball in Universal Studios. I have been there twice and never seen them? Where would they be found?

And how often are they there?

They can usually be found around the Lucy Tribute and the Rodeo Drive/Hollywood area. I didn't see them Sunday but I wasn't looking for them either. They normally make appearances throughout the day along with the other characters.

I love 'I Love Lucy' and so does my mom, It would be really neat to see them.
Are characters harder to find in the off season? Or are they usually around the same amount of time?

I saw Marilyn Monroe there the weekend of MLK before noon. The only other characters I saw this trip were Madagascar creatures. I know I saw Lucy and Ricky years ago (in the 1990s), but not in either of my last two trips [Aug. 2006 or Jan 2009].

Once when we were at US we saw the Ghostbusters, are they still around? We have seen Woody Wood Pecker, Barney, Betty Boop and a few others at US, but that was about 5 or so yrs ago on our last visit.

At IoA, we've seen Popeye, The Grinch and Thing 1 & 2 and a bunch of super heros!

I'm sure there are tons more, but those were characters we just saw in passing, we never actually went to any of the character meet locations!

awesome, I REALLY hope so because I LOVE the Grinch, during Christmas I bet I watch the movie and the cartoon literally dozens of times! It would make my day to see him.

Is there a specific place he would be seen? (Besides Seuss Landing as a whole, a little more specific if you could)

I would say Suess Landing only!!

As far as other characters,studios has Mariylan-Lucy and Riccky-Scoob and Shag-Doc Brown-Blues Brothers-Madagascar at set times-stilt walkers for the Mummy-Simpsons-Shrek and friends..

At IOA Marvel super heroes-Suess Landing Thing 1&2-cat in the hat-maybe a sneetch or two..
