Now, I know that it has been said there will be no characters in hotels, even the DLH from November.
However, I was just playing about on the Walt Disney Travel site, as I just discovered how much cheaper it can be (thankfully not for our dates this time) and was reading the info on the hotels (as you do). None of the hotels mentioned characters at breakfast for Feb (because they won't be there)... except DLH, which says this:
Standard Room - Includes breakfast with a welcome from Disney Characters. Relax in luxuriously furnished rooms, decorated in a Victorian style. 2 double beds.
Family Room - Includes breakfast with a welcome from Disney Characters. Need a bit more space? You'll get it in these pretty, pastel-coloured family rooms. There's room for 4 adults, and 1 child aged 3-11 can sleep on the comfortable sofa bed. 2 double beds and 1 single bed.
Castle Club Room - Includes breakfast with a welcome from Disney Characters. Enjoy extra privacy and service on the private Castle Club floor, with its own dedicated check-in and lift. Free soft drinks are served all day. And you can get on the attractions faster with the exclusive VIP FASTPASS®. 2 double beds.
Suite and Junior Suite - Includes breakfast with a welcome from Disney Characters. Enjoy extra space and luxurious touches like a grand piano and whirlpool bath, as well as access to the exclusive Castle Club floor. And get on the attractions faster with the exclusive VIP FASTPASS®. 1 double bed and a sofa bed.
Is this a mistake? I thought this website was an alternative official Disney booking site so should have correct info?
Would be nice but I am not holding out hope!
