We've never done it and now I'm wondering if it's worth it. We have a coupon from Birnbaum's. We have a few free morning in which to do it. How long does it take to do and what do you see? THNX

We have never paid full price but it was worth it with the coupon. Great views. Doesn't take long but if there is a line it might.

We loved it. I don't recall how long we had to wait to board, but it wasn't more than 15 minutes. I don't know exactly how long you're up there, but I'm going to say about 15 minutes as well.

We really enjoyed it last year but we did have a coupon. On a nice clear day you get to see a really neat layout of all the Disney parks, it's fun to pick out different things such as the castle and the Tower of Terror. Make sure you have a camera with you. The only down side is that the balloon is very weather dependent. I think we tried on three different trips to do it before we had a perfect day and got to go up in it. The great thing with this verses the real deal is no crash landing at the end.

My DH and kids enjoyed it a lot (I don't do heights ). They are really glad that they did it once, but not something they need to do again, unless they had the opportunity to try it at night maybe. I think that a night flight would be beautiful and totally different. They loved the views that they had on their clear morning flight (each evening we went it was down due to wind / weather). We used CAA discount (same as AAA). I think that there are a lot of coupons / discounts out there for this ride, but we might have paid full price if we didn't have a coupon, just to try it once. A unique opportunity that we wouldn't have the chance to do elsewhere.
Overall ride was about 15 minutes to ascend and then descend. Little to no line up when we arrived at the ride.
