Characters in Epcot

Can someone please tell me if Minnie & Pluto are at the character meet & greet in Epcot, the one kind of at the front of the park I think it is called Character Spot???

We were at the Character Spot on Monday July 27 and we saw Mickey, Minne, Pluto, Donald and Goofy; also Belle was in the hallway outside of the other characters. If you get there soon after opening the line will not be very long at all. When we stopped by one afternoon the wait was 45 minutes +.
