is it possible to meet characters dressed in their 25th anniversary costumes? Specifically Minnie and Mickey?

Minnie was wearing her 25th anniversary costume during her evening m&g in August. Not sure if she meets in that all day - I see the m&g ends at 4pm now it's low season.
