My family is currently planning on a one-day trip to the Disneyland Park at the end of this month (as part of a larger SoCal vacation). I recently became a Disney Visa cardholder, so I've never had a chance to explore the cardholder photo opps before. What characters are currently showing up at the Disneyland Visa Cardholder photo opp? Trying to decide if it would be worth stopping by (I'm concerned that Darth Vader might be too scary for the littlest members of our group, but Chewie and Grogu would probably be an enjoyable experience for all).

We have met Boba Fett (awhile ago) and Darth Vader (more recent) there. Be prepared if you show that the CM might not tell you who you will get to meet. If you are 100% sure that you dont want Darth Vader I wouldn't bother

Agreed - Darth Vader is the only one I have seen at the Tomorrowland meet and greet location.

At DCA - it varies based on time of day. The first part of day 11-2 (or maybe 12-3) is a popular Disney character. We have seen Minnie, Pluto, or Stitch at this location a bunch of times. Later in the day 3-6 (maybe) is a Marvel super hero. I have met Captain America a few times now. I am sure there are others but I believe others should be there too.

The cast member will not tell you who is meeting. I have had a couple hint to come back at X time since they can tell I love Pluto and would most prefer to meet him.

The CM at theStarWars VISA photo op told me in April that it was always Darth Vader.

The Super Hero VISA photo op in DCA probably rotates with various Avengers - I got Spider-Man.

When it was character M&G, I got Minnie.

My funny Darth Vader M&G story: I was there for Star Wars night which was the next evening. While waiting to go in the chamber, one of the female CMs asked if I was excited to meet Darth. Well, I replied, I am more excited to meet his grandson.
The two young ladies look puzzled and one replied, "Uh, he doesn't have a grandson...". 😂🤣. Now, honestly, don't you think CMs who work certain areas should at least know the characters and their backstories? Yes, I replied, he most certainly does...Kylo Ren? A lightbulb went on then and they both nodded, "0h, yeah, that's right"..

Kinda like when a CM at AC told me to go wait for Loki "down at that rundown looking building"...ME: "You mean, the Ancient Sanctum?"...CM: "yeah, whatever"....LOL

I love this picture! Also, I'm sure I've asked, but...where did you get that great skirt?

I got it from a store called World 1-1 Games (they have an online store, they are located inSanta Clara or Clarita, I think)...they have a lot of Loungefly bags that you can't find elsewhere (I just got the Frodo bag). The skirt brand is called Loungefly Stitch Shoppe...they no longer make them andI am guessing these came out pre-covid.

You can find them on ebay and other resale sites...I just bought the Steamboat Willie one for the outfit I am wearing on the 70th Tour day. These skirts are very comfortable and have HUGE POCKETS -Yay!

Thanks, Tinkaboo! Now I need to seek out a Frodo bag lol. I'm going to look for something Peter Panny for my June outfit :)

Hooray for pockets!
