Characters at DHS

Can we still stumble upon the "Character Palooza" at DHS around 5 p.m.? Will be there Sunday. According to the DIS, Fantasmic is showing at 7 and 8:30.

I didnt think character palooza is offered if there is a fantasmic show planned

The Surprise Characters only happen on non-Fantasmic nights or when Fantasmic is at a later time. When it's at 6:30 there are no surprise characters and I think 7:00 still might be considered too early. I'm not quite sure but I think they only happen on Fantasmic nights when it isn't until 9:00. However I could be wrong.
