Characterpalooza question

I read that characterpalooza stops after daylight savings time so there's isn't any characterpalooza dec-March

Is this true?
If there is characterpalooza, what time would it be on a day with 2 Fabtasmics (7pm & 8:30pm)?

Most recently near the exit to Tower of Terror.

Look for the large double gates that are near the ToT exit/Joffrey Coffee cart area. When the gates open, you'll enter to meet the Palooza characters. You'll get ushered out within 15-20 minutes.

Making my FP reservations next week and trying to coordinate ToT with Characterpalooza to be on the correct side of the park. Is palooza expected to remain near the TOT exit or move back to the other side of the park once the Christmas stuff is down?

Not offended, just wondering why you felt it was difficult. I'm open to improving. The original post link says it's at the gates there by the Tower of Terror.

No idea. We just react to what they do. I wouldn't plan a FP around it, but that's up to you.

It is expected to stay at ToT. It was not moved due to Christmas, it was moved due changes in the backstage operational process.
