Hi all, I hope that everyone who has just got back from their trips had a great time! My question is, what characters did you see? When and where? I have done alot of research on here about the characters so I know where they have been in the past but would love an update! I'll post right before our trip too to see if anything changed. I'd really appreciate any info. We aren't doing character meals =(.

I just started a similar thread called "Autograph book who am I missing" I made a list of all the characters I had seen in other people's trip reports so I could make my autograph book. BTW - I am enjoying your PTR. I am an avid scrapbooker and I'm going to a crop this weekend. :cool1::cool1::cool1:

Great, what is the link to your thread? I'd love to see some pages!

We just got back from three days (Fri. - Sun.) at DLR. There were always characters on Main Street in the morning. Mickey, Goofy, Pluto and once, Donald. On Main Street by City Hall we also saw Alice and the Mad Hatter and Cruella DeVille. We saw the Queen of Hearts on Main Street also. Brer Fox was in Critter Country one afternoon. Silvermist, Tinkerbell and Terance were at Pixie Hollow. Princess Ariel and Princess Minne were at Princess Fantasty Faire. Princess Mulan and Mushu were by the Asian counter service restaurant in DCA. That's all I can remember right now. If you ask a CM about a particular character, they will help you find out when they will be available. Have fun!

We just got back last night from our eight day trip. We saw all the above characters plus, Mary Poppins and Bert were in on Main Street entrance area, plus we saw Handy Manny in DCA at the end of Hollywood Blvd before the turn to Tower of Terror. Also in area of Hollywood Tower of Terror we saw Chip and Dale plus Pocahontas. Jessie was in the area across from Toy Story Mania. Mickey was always in the gazebo as you enter Paradise Pier area. Oh yeah and we ran into Buzz to the left of Astro Blasters at the big ball with water that spins as you head to Space Mountain.

We were there a couple of weeks ago. In addition to what's already been mentioned, we saw

- Pinocchio and his dad by City Hall,
- Tiana, Ariel and Belle @ PFF 10:30-ish on a Saturday morning,
- Iridessa at Pixie Hollow late morning,
- another Tiana at New Orleans Square signing autographs after one quick song a little after noon,
- Sulley and Stitch by the Animation building around 2pm (??).
- Minnie and Goofy in Aviator Outfits (love those!) at DCA by the airplane between Soarin' and GC's entrance at between 2:30-3:30pm
- Aladdin and Jasmine at Aladdin's Oasis late morning.
- Donald and Mickey @ the entrance of Bugsland.

Have a great time!

Mushu?!?!? Pocahontas?!?!? OMG!!! My kids would freak out to get either of their autographs! I'll definitely be checking with CMs to get some of these hard to find characters. Cool! :woohoo:

mhalpern -- we saw Pocahontas a few times during our last trip along Hollywood Blvd near the Hyperion T. Never seen Mushu! -- that will be a find for our trip in Dec.

memorial weekend:

Woody and Jessie in the walkway between Fantasyland and Adventureland, by the BBQ restaurant (Big Thunder?)

Pocahontas in the same walkway

Mad Hatter, Alice, Queen of Hearts, Deedledee/dum right inside the main entrance before the underpass to Main Street

the cat from Pinochio, directly across from City Hall on Main Street, along with Chip and Dale, Mickey, and Guipetto

Buzz walking very fast through Tomorrowland (we never could get him to stop and get photo).

Goofy and Pluto on Main Street

Minnie on Main Street

Mickey, Minnie, chip/dale, pluto in Mickey's Toontown.

Aladdin and JAsmine in Adventureland by Jungle Boat Ride

Tatiana singing in New Orleans

DCA -
Goofy by airplane by California Soaring
Pocahontas by that water ride in DCA

Donald in DCA by Bug's Life
Mushu and Mulan walking around outdoor seating area by the Margarita stand
Green Army Men from Toy Story walking through boardwalk area
Jessie across from TSM

Just to piggy back on this... Have there been any recent sightings of princesses at mickey floral mid afternoon? I remember reading at one point that people had seen this. Is Snow White still at DCA? Thanks

We have also seen Mr. and Mrs. Incredible, Frozone, & Sully by the Hyperion Theater. Also Pluto hanging around ToT.

Aww...I was there Memorial Day weekend and totally missed Mushu and Pocahontas! I had specifically went to City Hall and Guest Services in DCA to inquire about them too :sad1:

Anyway, I saw everyone else that you mentioned except the cat from Pinnochio (not sure who that is). In addition, I saw:

Pinnochio, Meeko, Timon, Koda, Honest John (from Pinnochio), and Mr. Nigel on Main Street near the castle
Genie in Towns Square
Mr. & Mrs. Incredible, Handy Manny, Stitch and Pluto in Hollywood Backlots
Wizard Mickey, Woody and Aurora at Drawn to the Magic show in Hollywood Backlots (they do meet and greets after the show)

It seems like a lot of special characters were out that weekend! ;)

Just a few weeks ago with some luck, we were able to see 6 different princesses (only bothered to meet 4 but I think if we were aggressive we could've met the other 2) at Princess Fantasy Faire in less than an hour. (Ariel, Tiana, Belle, Aurora, Cinderella, Snow White).

Long story short, try to time the line so you get through it shortly before (or during!) the coronation ceremony (I've heard success stories from the first one of the day but the others might work). During the coronation ceremony your little ones (or older ones, or adult ones) can interact with the princesses a little, and then 5 minutes after the one we saw, the 3 princesses from the ceremony came out for meet and greets!

Long story long, http://bihntheredonethat.wordpress.com/2010/06/17/disneyland-meeting-the-princesses/
