I love it... I just cut it on my Cricut (using multicut x4), and then use my Prisma color pencils, and it works great! I recently bought the pre-sanded shrinky dink (yes... I know... it's the lazy way, but saves me so much time!:lmao: ), and just love it!

where do you buy shrinky-dink sheets?
I have not explored this part of scrapping yet.

Michaels or JoAnns, usually found in the kids crafting area. They are thin sheets of a plastic type material, and then you can shrink them in the oven or in a toaster oven, and then they shrink and thicken up. You can make all sorts of things with it (jewelry, magnets, hair things, key chains, etc.) When my kids were younger they used to love making things with it.

I am DONE!

Here is Group F: Prince John

Why is it the paper that you really want to use, you only have one sheet of it? It made things a little complicated, but I did get 2 elements out of the one sheet. If anyone is curious it's from Imaginisce's Trade Winds Collection "Full Lotus" from a couple of years back. It was weird, I noticed that several of the tiny pieces that I have left, all that's left of the pattern, looks like the medieval cross used during the Crusades...the period in which Robin Hood is set. Spooky.

Just checking in....I have 3 more left to do Group H (JoJo), Group L (Mushu), and Group U (Penguin). I am hoping to have these 3 done my Monday so that I can get them off in the mail next week.

Susan, both those sets are great. But, I absolutely  that Marie set!! It is adorable.

THanks! I made 5 that way, and a 6th one with a different patterned paper. Take whichever you like when it arrives. THe patterned papers are from DCWV Sweet Stack. It is a very bright and cheery set of paper.

Hi - I'm checking in!

I am in two groups and have three elements all the way done.

A1 - Mickey - Sorcerer. I have the topper done and Mickey is all cleaned up in my computer waiting to be printed, cut up, and put together.

MagicalSmall.jpg

My Magical topper is made with a yellow sparkle paper on black cardstock. The red stars are a lace paper. The white "Magical" is done on sparkle white paper. The hat is inked and the stars/moon are all done with the same sparkle white paper. I think it looks better in "real" life because you see the sparkle - in the picture it just looks like yellow and white paper.

C1 - Princesses - Cinderella Both elements are done.

CinderellaSmall.jpg

Sorry for the quality of the picture. Cinderella is a 4" paper pieced item that I decided needed a little more "weight" to her, so I added her name. She is made with silver glitter paper and 2 shades of metalic blue paper. I also embossed her skirt with a swirly design. Her name is on glitter silver and glitter white with the name inked in silver.

This is a quote box made with 2 shades of metalic blue. The swirls in the corner are glitter white and the shoe is glitter silver. I added a rinestone heart to the shoe and a shimmer ribbon to the bottom. The Cinderella font I found on-line and the capital A has a pretty Cinderella around it. I was hoping for sparkly and romantic.

I am doing a girl's trip next week to Utah and then I will come home and finish Mickey. I love what I am seeing - everyone is doing such a great job!!!

Mom-to-2-Princesses, all your pieces look wonderful! I love them all!!!! That Cinderella is just so pretty in all her sparkle and her embossed gown. Great job!!

Woah Mt2P! Love what you did with both groups. The embossing on Cindy's skirt is cool.

123SA- I was going to ask what paper you used. I have that stack. Just haven't even looked at it yet. :rotfl2: I'm such a paper hoarder.
