Character Phone Call

Can anyone please direct me to the website where you can purchase a phone call from Disney that is a character call? I remember doing this last time we went to Disneyland two years ago and I found the site via the boards here.
This is not the call that is part of a package from Disney Vacations but was available from a Disney site. I made paid about four dollars for each call and placed two. I would like to provide my son with a call from Mickey Mouse for his birthday on Valentines Day and would appreciate any help from you guys here on the disboards.
