Please help me. Can anyone tell me what times the auditions are in general. I am trying to figure out if I will be able to make an audition. I know the times will be announced in a couple weeks, but I would like to plan ahead. What I really need to know is if the auditions start in the morning or afternoon. Before I knew the audition dates I planned to go for spring break to visit my sister. I could get to the audition if it started at 11am or later. But if it start's earlier i need to consider what jobs I should be applying for...If anyone can help who's gone to an audition in CP's past I would appreciate it. Thanks!

Bad news... there is no set time. Some auditions are at 8 am, some are 6 pm, and everything in between. It depends on the casting directors' schedules as well as the availability for the location that they'll be using.

hI! Just a quick question since this subjects bumped..

Will they be hiring for PTs in the summer?

I have no insider knowledge... but my best guess is no. There are probably a couple hundred people that are seasonal waiting to go PT/FT... they would probably get any open positions over someone new who were to audition.

Part-time and Full-time.

Seasonal CMs are required to work a certain number of hours during the year... but are not guarenteed anything within a specific week. These CM are used during high peak times - summer and holidays.

Part Timers work all year long, but are limited to about 24 hours a week. Some weeks they can work more, but generally speaking their hours are capped so that they company does not have to give them full-time benefits.

Full Timers work all year long, they are guarenteed 32 hours a week but many work well over 40 (especially during the peak times). They recieve full company benefits with medical/retirement help.

aww thats disappointing. Well is it still worth a shot of auditioning? Because i'm sure they'll need a lot more people in the summer.. and i'm really short! I know they can always use some short people lol right?

what about PT's in Merchandise?

If your 5 ft or under then you've got a GREAT shot!!!! You should still audition, you never know what they need.
