Character meets with lower priorities will be easier to get as a 4th or 5th FP+.

They are easy to get with a bit of refreshing and are in line with the priority list Robo mentioned.

 

[PrincessWithABlaster]

They are easier than the mtns and 7DMT but they are probably the next hardest (harder than PotC and HM in my experience). I have had to split up a group of 5 and search separately to get good times. In my experience Talking Mickey is probably the hardest at MK. The princesses all come up with repeated refreshing for small groups.
