Okay, I know that some time past SOMEONE had a spreadsheet listing where a person might find a character for meet & greet in all WDW - it was an extensive file through excel spreadsheet. But I apparently didn't keep a copy or the link. Can anyone help?

Thanks for the quick reply. I am trying to find a single file I can forward to my brother-in-law. (not a relation, by marriage through my husband. Want that to be very clear from the beginning, because . . .) They told us this weekend that they are going to WDW Dec. 19-23, staying at the Grand Floridian. I finally, and with great subtlety, pulled out of them that he simply called Disney travel and booked the vacation. When he started talking about how they had debated between Grand Floridian and Wilderness, but that GF saved them "a couple thousand dollars" I knew that they were going to be paying through the nose for this vacation. He told me that Disney didn't even offer any discounts for this time of the year. (Ummm, wasn't that a discount code that expired on Saturday that covered this time of the year?) I'm aghast at how much I am imagining that they are spending. I, of course, would never ask them that!

Staying at GF saved them a couple thousand dollars??? Sure! :rotfl:

Here is the spreadsheet link. Very cool to look at, though there are some character info that has not been updated. Things like: it still lists characters like Doug and Patty, who are long gone, and Drizella and Lady Tremaine, who I don't believe ever made appearances in the parks in the last few years. Koda and Kenai are not even listed, though the Incredibles are. But it does have lots of info that is helpful. The spreadsheet is at:

Character Spreadheet

Well, hopefully they can at least find a character or two after spending so much $$$$ on this little vacation! :teeth:

Thanks HugsForEeyore. This is exactly what I was looking for.

Yeah, I guess I just can't believe that people as smart as both of them are will do no more research than to just call Disney Travel Company to make their reservations. But, it's not my money, so I really only have enough interest to **gasp** when I hear about it and then let it go. I, on the other hand, am already deep into planning my daughter's birthday trip next October, and hoping that they do free dining again!
