Character Meet and Greets in US and IOA?

I read the sticky but it doesn't seem to have been updated in a number of years. Can anyone tell me the characters you can meet in US and IOA? I am creating a custom autograph book for my son and want to include the right pages. Thanks!

I was there 2 weeks ago and I can tell you I saw Cyclops, Spiderman, Doctor Doom, Woody Woodpecker, the Blues Brothers, the characters from Hop, and Rogue. We also saw Megatron and Optimus Prime but they do not sign.

I am looking at today's park map and see the meet and greets listings for some of the characters with times.

Sponge bob, shriek and donkey, spidery and n
Marvel heroes, classic comic book characters, Seuss characters, loran, Hollywood characters are listed by times.

We saw the Xmen, Lucy and Ricky, Marilyn Monroe, Beetlejuice, Scooby Doo, Woody Wood Pecker, Bullwinkle, Simpsons, Sponge Bob, Dora and Diego Shrek and Donkey and Madagascar Characters. Also we were lucky and they brought out some dogs from the animal actor show. I got my pic with a couple of them.

Are the Penguins still at Universal?

Though I don't have the list, and we're not that huge into characters, do the storytime! It was wonderful and we saw several characters and there were no lines! We were during the off-season but characters had had lines. I can't remember all the characters at the storytime but there was Cat in the Hat, Thing 1 and Thing 2, and the Grinch, and a couple more! Those characters were at other spots throughout the day, but the Storytime was the easiest way to see several at once.

Madagascar unfortunately left a few years back.
