character meals

going down in april 10 days..we know a few character meals we would like to do..
my question is there one we would like to when we get down but have not booked it can you still get in or on a wanting list.
*just hate planning out so far a head of time and not knowing if we would like it

Most of the character meals are hard to get into if you do not have a PS. You may want to see which one you would like the most and make a PS - You can always cancel if you decide not to go or can get in somewhere else.

Ooops forgot to add that some of the character meals have a 48 hour cancellation policy.

If you are opposed to making PS your best bet is to get there at opening for the meal of your choice. Be there 15 min before they start to serve. We got lucky that way a few times. I absolutely agree that is it better to make the PS and cancel if you have to. We have even booked a more than one PS and then canceled one. Just be sure to give them 48 hours notice when you cancel.

we got into Crystal Palace for lunch without a PS. We decided to do MK on a day we hadn't planned and were getting hungry early (11am) so I headed over and realized they were between seatings and they were able to put me in for 11:30 (thats when they were opening back up).

Also, if you decide the night before which park you will be in the next day you can always call and see if there are any cancellations. Like others said sometimes people make more PS's than they need and cancel them a day or 2 before.
