Where can I find a list of the character meals?? Is Trails End one or is it just a buffet restaurant? Which of the character meals are the best for the money and interaction?? We have a 3 year old.
Would we be better off just taking him to the Wilderness Campground sing-a-long and waiting until he's older?
Also...can character meals be paid for with the Disney Reward Card?
TIA very very much!! Barb

This site will identify meals as having characters but I have yet to run across a single list.

For a three year old I would consider Crystal Palace in the Magic Kingdom. It is a buffet and has Pooh characters; Pooh, EEyore, Piglet and Tigger. Also Chef Mickey at the Contemporary. It is also a buffet but breakfast and dinner only. It has Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Goofy and Pluto. If your child watches the Disney Channel, Hollywood and Vine has a buffet at breakfast and lunch with characters from Disney children's shows. It's in Hollywood Studios.

We did Crystal Palace and Chef Mickey when both our kids were around three and they really enjoyed them.

I second Chef Mickey's. My boys love it there. We took my DS 10 when he was 3 for the first time. This is all he talks about is Chef Mickey's. Last time Aug 07 we stayed at the Contemporary and did Chef Mickey's for Breakfast & Dinner. Both put on a great meet & greet for the kids. However I think the food is better at breakfast. Also I think you can use your Disney Reward Card anywhere. I remember reading that on one of the post. Enjoy your planning.

Trail End is not a character Restaurant, well I have a 2 year old son,and I am so afraid how he is going to take to the Character Meals,he is a bit timid and scary so I decided to take it slow by starting off with the meals that have Characters not in costume, like 1900 Park Fare breakfast and Dinner, then we will progress to Tusker House,Crystal Palace and Chef M's.I hope you and your 3 year old enjoy your meals, and Pray me and my 2 year old do the same:)
