I booked through Costco, and it came with a free character meal. Trying to decide the best option for us. It will be just my DH and I. We've been to WDW together 4 times. We don't really have a preference which characters we see. Which has the best food? Can i combine and do a character meal with a perk like WOC seating?

None of the character meals offer the WOC package, however, you do not have to use the vouchers for a character meal! You can use them anywhere (they have a certain $ value). So you could book a WOC package and then use the vouchers to pay for the meal. You may have to pay more or it could be less, but if it's less you will not receive any money back.

OOH thanks for that info! Any idea how much the vouchers are worth? It just listed as premier character dining free.

You'll need to check the fine print on the back of your character meal voucher to see where it's applicable and what is it's cash value.

There was an older thread from last year (July 2015) indicating the premium character voucher was worth $45, but it could not be used for the WoC Dinner Package (see post #6).
