i assume you print them at home so no shipping is additional...

and this includes tax and tip.

We just did Goofy's brunch on Saturday and I paid when we checked in. It was 37.50 pp and we had all adults.

ares travel sells vouchers but I dont know their rate

The rates if you pay at time of meal, do change depending on the season and some offer discounts for AAA, Disney Visa, and AP. Again, I dont know the rates or discount amounts.
