My kids loved O'hana breakfast with Lilo & Stitch. Mickey & Pluto were also there.
Crystal Palace is a good idea with the Pooh characters, and Chef Mickey's will get the Fab 5 (Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Donald & Pluto).
Hollywood & Vine has Playhouse Disney characters if they are familiar with them.
For princesses, do Akershus. You get 5 princesses out of several. We had Cinderella, Belle, Aurora, Aerial, Jasmine. You could also have gotten Snow White (wish we had her!), Mulan, or maybe Mary Poppins? A picture is included with the price. If you are not big on Norweigen food, do the breakfast. We did dinner, and it was good, but we eat anything.
For Cinderella, Prince Charming, Step-Sisters, & Step-Mother do 1900 Park Fare for DINNER. It is cheaper than CRT... but you lose the magic of the castle. This was fine with us because our trip was for the boys, not the girls. I thought I was getting the below crowd for Park Fare when I made the ADR. I didn't realize it was different for dinner. It was a bonus, as my 2.5 yr old LOVES Cinderella. She was very cute at this meal!
1900 Park Fare during breakfast for other great Disney characters, such as Mary Poppins, Alice in Wonderland, Mad Hatter.
