Character Meal Questions

Can you get PS at a Character meal without buying the Buffet? I want to make reservations and want to know if I have to buy the buffet or if I can just reserve and then choose off the menu when we get there. Would choosing off the menu be less expensive than buffet?

Also, do any of the character meals put on a show or have games for the children? I'm considering going to either Minnies or Goofy's and wanted to know which would be better as far as the show or character interaction for my 4 boys ages 5 and under.

I know there isn't a menu at Goofy's, just the buffet. I'm not sure about Minnie's, but my guess is that it is just the buffet as well. Storyteller's Cafe in the Grand has a character breakfast that is a buffet or menu, and I believe the same goes for the breakfast at PPH.

Lilo and Stitch at Paradise Pier had lots of activities going on for kids. And they had a menu you could order from.

When you make the PS they don't ask you what you're going to eat, they just make the reservation.

OK, google "disneyland menus", and you'll see a list of places that have menus. I personally prefer the format on the website that starts with dlr....

Both of these have menus for the character meals.

Storyteller's Cafe (Chip & Dale's Breakfast) and Lilo & Stitch Breakfast at the Paradise Pier Hotel are the only places where you are able to order off the menu. I would say Lilo & Stitch is a bit more lively with games and character interaction than Chip & Dale's.
