Character Meal for 3 yo DD Bday?

Ok..it's a ways off, but we'll be getting to WDW the day after my DD's 3rd bday. I'd love to take her to a character meal and have everyone sing Happy Birthday to her. We aren't doing MK (so CRT is out..we'll do that when she's a tad older and can remember it)..we are going to Epcot and MGM, Kennedy Space ctr, and maybe we'll add another park, but not sure. DO they sing Happy Birthday? or do anything special? How's the Norway Princess Meal? We are doing dinner at Marrakesh (finally!) so I know that's not a character meal. Is the Norway meal like the CRT and the same princesses? Or would you recommend another place? Thanks!

I would reconsider MK. We have been taking our 5 year old and 2 year since birth and just the look on there faces when they see all the characters in toon town and around is just priceless. Even if she does not remember you will and pictures will help as well. I think there is much more at MK for the little ones than any other park. Norway is great but only Princess no furry characters. I am sure anywhere you go they will be Happy to sing happy birthday to your DD.
