Our first trip to WDW will be in the end of September. We will not be using the free dining. I will have breakfast and dinner all set for us but wanted to know about lunch. I would like to go somewhere that has a character lunch. Any suggestions? Also, how is chef mickey for breakfast? We may have the one character breakfast if possible. Thanks

I like CP for lunch. The food is really good.

I did CM breakfast last summer. I enjoyed it a lot.

Crystal Palace at MK. Pooh Tigger Eyeore Piglet

Garden Grill Epcot Farmer Mickey Pluto Chip and Dale

H&V Disney Studios Playhouse Disney Jojo Golaith Leo and June

Garden Grill in Epcot has a character lunch... They serve the food family-style... The kids enjoyed the chicken tenders, mac n cheese, and the make-your-own cupcakes... The character interaction was excellent... Mickey, Pluto, Chip and Dale all visited our table and spent at least a few minutes each... They place rotates over the Land ride but you cannot feel it moving at all... You can see the top of the ride better if you are seated on the lower level (there are two levels that go around in a circle)... Noise level was low and tables were not on top of each other.

This one may work for you. Hope I helped ;)

For lunch, our family likes Crystal Palace in the Magic Kingdom and Garden Grill in The Land at Epcot. In fact, we're eating at these two places for lunch in June.

We also love Chef Mickey's for breakfast!! It's a must-do for us!!

We did Chef Mickey's breakfast for "Lunch" by getting a late, after 11am seating. This served as a main meal for me as I didn't eat again until we grabbed a CS meal at the Main St. Bakery after Spectromagic that night.
