Character FastPasses

Can you have a ride FP, character FP, and show FP at the same time? Or do character FastPasses count as ride FPs?

Only Anna & Elsa and Olaf have FPs and those are not connected to the DCA FP system (as of last reports). Likewise, the F!, WoC, and Fantasy Faire Royal Theatre FPs are also disconnected from their respective park's FP system. So, your ability to get a a character (A&E, Olaf), show (F!, WoC, Royal Theatre), and an attraction FP should not impact each other. It's worth noting that the Frozen Sing-Along's FP is connected to the DCA system (assuming it's still in use).

The overwhelming majority of character meets at DLR are not by Fastpass. Anna & Elsa and Olaf (in DCA, not in DL) are the only exceptions. There are "permanent" meet and greet locations (Mickey and Minnie's Houses, Pixie Hollow, Fantasy Faire and the semi-permanent Marvel greet in Tomorrowland). You just get in line for those. There will be other characters at locations throughout the park at various times throughout the day (you can ask for a schedule). For these characters, just get in line as well.

Also, the two parks aren't connected to one another. So, you could have a FP for DCA and one for DL at the same time if you are hopping between parks.
