Character experiences outside the parks

Not going to the Uni parks this year, but thought it might be fun to plan a lunch there on our off day. Are there any character lunches/breakfasts/whatever which don't involve entering the parks?

There is a Minion character breakfast buffet at Sapphire Falls Resort every Saturday at 7:30, 9:00 and 10:30 am.

You will have to pay to park at the Resort.

We've done the character breakfast at the Kitchen at HRH- I think it's just on Tuesdays. I know we've eaten at the Kitchen when not staying there and they validate valet parking- it's only $5 when you show your restaurant receipt.
