I'm sure I've seen this somewhere, but.. oh well...

We did have dinner at Mickey's cafe. I didn't like it because of the food, it's not worth it and I'm not going to pay this kind of money for character dining at this place again. So, I need suggestions. Where else we could have character dining. I have two Cars, Toy story, Bolt etc crazy boys. Princesses are not their type :confused3:laughing:

I do wanna have at least one character dining on our next visit, better one that Mickey's cafe (I rather pay more, but get good food).

I decided to not queue for characters in park unless it's a supervised queue or meet'n'greet at a hotel. So I guess character dining will be the only way to hug them

You're always going to pay a premium for character meals as you're paying for the character experience as well as the food. If you'd rather pay more then I'd suggest you try Inventions dinner buffet at the Disneyland Hotel. It costs just over €51 per adult and approx €16 for children (under 3s eat free as it's a buffet) but the offerings are delicious and we love it there. If you're at DLP over a weekend Inventions has a character brunch on Sunday lunchtime and there's also a less expensive one at the Steakhouse in the Village.

There's also a character meal now at the Cowboy Cookout. Carrie Cat posted a recent menu with prices on the Restaurant Review thread.

after bad Mickey's cafe experience I'm willing to try inventions.

It seem's it's going to be me and my two boys, so I think the price will be ok.

Any other ideas on character dining?
