Character Dining

It is everyone in my families first time in disney! My children are 12 and 15 ! Are they too old for it? I was looking at the donalds breakastsoures or something like thaat , is it good? What is other favorites ? Thanks !!

Too Old? NO WAY! Donald's Breakfastosaurus is way cool and is the only Disney breakfast buffet that has Krispy Kreme donuts! The characters are Donald, Mickey, Goofy and Pluto. Another suggestion would be Chef Mickey's for either breakfast or dinner, but dinner has a few more characters. Character experiences are fun for all ages....the more you play along with the characters, the more they will play back and make your experience one you'll never forget!

If they're going to Disney then they're NEVER too old. Character dining is so much fun everyone must try it. My husband and I went character dining on our first trip to WDW, with NO kids. Some of my favs for character dining are:
1. Chef Mickey's @ Contemporary
2. Crystal Palace @ Magic Kingdom
3. Cape May Cafe @ Disney's Beach Resort
4. Donald's Breafast @ Animal Kingdom

I'm taking my boys (10, 22 and 23) to 2 character dining events.

Dinner at Chef Mickey's and
Breakfast at 1900 Park Fair (this one is a surprise for the 23 year old).

I'm 41 and my husband is 44 and we enjoy the character meals! So, no one is too old to enjoy them. I think it's just more Disney magic to enjoy.

My mom and I will be going to the Crystal Palace for lunch in September!!!

We ate there in January & I think they would love it! The Breakfast-osaurus has just the right combination of fun & cool & characters (& food). Our CM was particularly good.
